High speed machine tool

As the core equipment that can simultaneously transmit current and signal during rotation, the slip ring plays light and heavy role in the winding machine.
Centrifuge Machines
Centrifuge is a machine that uses centrifugal force to accelerate the separation of different materials that need to be separated. Centrifuges are widely used in chemical, petroleum, food, pharmaceutical, mineral processing, coal, water treatment, and shipping departments. The main principle of the filter centrifuge is to accelerate the liquid phase in the solid-liquid mixture out of the drum through the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed centrifugal drum (with appropriate filter materials), and leave the solid phase in the drum to achieve the effect of separating solid and liquid or commonly known as dehydration. The centrifuge needs to transmit various signals and control actions at the same time as high-speed rotation, which means that the centrifuge cannot be separated from the conductive slip ring. Its high-speed rotation requires the speed of the conductive slip ring, so it can only use the high-speed conductive slip ring.
